I think, it is impossible: the baud rate is generated by the timer D in the MFP 68901 chip. The generated clock is fed into the RCV_CLK and TR_CLK inputs of the same chip (the 901 is used for the serial interface). Without hacking the hardware (inside the ST or outside), it's impossible.
