It comes with a cable that is only about two feet long. This would be fine if I were using it with a Mega stacked above/below the drive, but I need to use it with an STe placed somewhere "in front" of the drive unit. Does anybody know if there are extension cables (or just plain replacements) available? Three or four feet would be about right. (BTW, one dealer I asked said that cables longer than two feet did not exist because they woule cause data loss. I hope this is not true, but it has just a shade of believability. Has anybody else heard this?)
