I am looking for information on the args to the TAM
wrastop () call.  I have it working (to some degree)
on my 3b1, but my experimentation has not given me a concrete
understanding of the args and their attributes.  The interface
spec for the 3b1 says I can get more info. on wrastop (3T)
in the user's manual (shouldn't it be in the programmer's ref?),
but I don't have one.
Any help appreciated
