I seem to remember a discussion not so long ago about problems printing short
forms on an LG31(?) printer.

Unfortunately I didn't take that much notice, and now one of our users is
complaining that they can't print a short form on their LG31.

Will someone please fill me in on the details. Was there a fix or workaround?
Was it an LG31? Do we have to buy another printer?
