In doing Umax 4.3 upgrades, or just in general, you can edit the
device configuration table (the list of bootable devices) without 
using devconfig.  Some people find devconfig to be an annoyance,
whether they have a CRT or not.

On the console, do a ^P to get to the CCI prompt ('>>>'), then say

	help dct

to see the syntax for the "dct" command.  You can add and remove
entries from the DCT through a very straightforward syntax.
