I figured out why our "plt metfile" was dying when we used
the HP Laserjet GRAPHCAPS.  Apparently, you have to set a 
bunch of buffer variables to larger sizes.  The default in 
the code is "1".  I think the correct value should be 225000!

Routine names to change MXRBUF are:

	rclear.f rlined.f routhp.f routlj.f rsetup.f

I am glad NCAR put the code in for this printer.  But it would
be nice if using it was either documented, or setup to work from
the beginning.
