	The usual problem with saying CTTY COM1 is the serial port is not
wired correctly outside the PC and thus DOS gets stuck in a wait loop. The
serial port Bios wants modem handshake signals DSR and CTS asserted before
the port can function. Strap these active and CTTY COMx should work.
