Is it possible/practical to use the Microsoft Windows Toolkit
from Turbo C?  How about Turbo C++?
I would imagine that the Toolkit assumes the Microsoft C library;
has anyone tried to write the routines that would be missing from the
Turbo library? (I just don't LIKE MSC!)
