Thanks to all that helped me with my memory size problem.  I moved the chip
from bank 1 in slot 1 to another spot in bank 1, and poof!  640k!  Amazing.  I
believe the chip was seated improperly, but for the life of me, I don't know
how it coincided with my video card upgrade.
