Ok, I've decided to lay down money, and buy Turbo C ++

Questions:

is it a stable version: ie, bugfree? If it is not bugfree, will Borland fix
the known bugs and send me repairs for free? If not, why not?

how much should a user who has never bought a Borland product before pay?
What mailorder houses are cheap, and exactly how cheap? I am only interested
in the full Professional version.
