I also got the upgrade offer price of 149.95 + 5.00 P&H.  My thought is that
since they have your registration on file for the package you own, they price
the Professional package based upon whether you presently own one or not.

E.g. you currently own TurboC Professional, upgrade for $125.00.
You DON'T currently own TurboC Professional, upgrade for $149.95.

Is this what others are finding out?
