I have a variety of Borland products at work and at home including tp tc and 
tc pro.  I have received the following upgrade offers

179.00 for c++ pro based on ownership of Turbo Pascal (tp)
149.95 based on ownership of tc
125.00 based on tc pro
and the profiler.
