I'm trying to configure TurboC++'s IDE editor to accept emacs-like
keystrokes.  Running TCINST modifies TCCONFIG.TC, but the modifications
don't seem to be recognized when I run TC.EXE.  Are there additional
steps that I'm missing?  I can't find any additional suggestions in
the manuals.
