It performs excellent optimisation with almost no problems with the ability to pass parameters in registers (completely customisable). And all that with very little loss in speed - the compiler's speed rates about the same as TCC 2.0. The libraries (for which you can obtain source at a reasonable cost) all use register calling conventions - unlike MSC's library in which most are _cdecl.
