Is there an easy way to change a volume label? If no label exists
then it can be created with _creat, it can be read by trying to
open a file (_open) with the label attribute, but the only way
that I can figure out to change it is by first deleteting it
using extented fcb's.  As I'm programming in C, I'd really like
to avoid them if at all possible.
