This would be a good time to report ISIS V2.0 bugs to me.
I've fixed every non-BYPASS problem that has been reported
and we seem to have the main BYPASS problem licked too (the
thing that causes programs to hang sometimes).  I am inclined
to aim for a release of patches that we would call ISIS V2.1
for late next week.  So, don't keep those problems secret!
I'll fix `em if I hear about them in time....
