This was (I think), the transision model from the original 1000 to the 1200. It has two floppy drives 720 K each, 640 K ram, runs in 8.something meg. I have upgraded the DOS to Toshiba 3.3 and installed a ROM BIOS upgrade at that time. Now that you have some history: Is there a hard drive available for this machine, internal prefered. Can I speed it up, 12 megahertz would be great. What is available for the expansion bus? I would like a couple a more serial ports, any ideas? Can I expand the RAM? How far without fancy memory routines? Thanks in advance. Email: davisd@ucs.orst.edu MaBell: 503-757-7522 Lets get excited about this, I know I am.
