Does anyone have a list that describes the problems and maybe some work arounds for them?" Motorola maintains a list like this for each version of the silicon. You should be able to get it from a Motorola rep. The only bug I know of that isn't on the list is that the CPU begins to execute spurious "xmem.bu 0,r0,0" (opcode 0) instructions when you turn on the serialization bit in the PSR. Annoying.
