	yes, in general it is a good idea to check at SUMEX for a file.
	in this case, however, RASCAL is de DEFINITIVE site, because that's
	where MacLayers comes from and you can find files here that you
	cannot find at SUMEX:

	Ultrix users, please note, we made a working binary available because
	the sources do not produce a working binary on Ultrix (and we
	don't really know why or how to fix it other than by cheating
