hi. here's a quick question for all those hardware people out there. i have
an apple color monitor hooked up to a IIci. now when i bring in a totally
black picture, or a very dark one, the screen seems to get larger. it's not
that the mac displays more pixels, but the screen gets taller by a few lines.
when i display a totally white picture or a very white screen, it seems to
shrink down a little bit. is this normal? does it stop making these jumps after
it gets used more? thanks for any help-- i'm not sure if i should take the
monitor in for a checkup till i know if it's really broken
