Oh, no, it's _much_ faster than Windows 2.1, and is certainly a major improvement. I'm far more used to Macs, however, and it simply didn't seem as fast -- although I didn't do any benchmarks; this was just playing with it. I wasn't running Write or Paint or the other programs Windows comes with, either, I was running some regular DOS programs from the command prompt.
