At this point in time I don't think there's enough MacApp traffic in
c.s.m.p to warrant it's own newsgroup.  If you have access to
AppleLink there is a ton of traffic about it there - too much to
digest in real-time, so most people I know just download the weekly
digests and keep them online for reference.
