Suggestions:  

1)  If you have not done so, decrease the processor clock frequency 
    (ie XTALM - U25) from 50 Mhz to say 20 Mhz.

2)  Using a magnifier carefully examine each component and all solder
    joints.

3)  Push, pull, shove each component while running.
