I haven't tried it on our 4D/25 running 3.2.2 yet... the one problem with gcc is that it doesn't like the mips style of symbolic reference and refuses to accept the -g flag. I think the version was gcc-1.36 or 1.37. I have no experience with C++ so I didn't even try to compile that.
