I have run into a bug in the Sun C++ compiler, in which it crashes in the
C-preprocessor.  However, if you pass the compiler the "+i" option, which
means "retain the intermediate C file as '<filename>..c'", the compiler
works like a charm.

Has anyone else encountered/diagnosed/solved this problem?
