This is  a summary to the question I posted about PC-NFS Net Print:

Thanks to all the people who responded to this problem. Looks like many
people have this problem with PC-NFS.

I talked to Sun Tech Support and they acknowledged that this is a bug in
the PC-NFS. According to them, when a Net Print command is given, the
owner of the print is the root or the person logged into the Console
(where the printer is connected.) They said they are working on it.
