In both of these editors I have encountered strange bugs involving STAND OUT mode. Gmacs causes all my typed input to appear bolded, and 'mg' screws up the status line (parts of the status line appear bold, and other parts un-bolded). I would apppreciate help from anyone who has experienced similar problems and was succesful in solving them. Thanks, Ken Stauffer.
