I have the Z-217 controller. Has anyone had any experience installing this particular disk? My reading of Chapter 16 on PREP (from my Ver. 3 MS-DOS manual) seems to imply that I have to use the /K option, but I have heard that's not necessarily so. Are there versions of PREP that won't need the /K option to handle the 40MB of the ST-251? I know how to handle PART since I've fiddled with that on my current disk, so all I need to know about is how to PREP it. I would appreciate hearing from you if you've done this with the ST-251 (or similar disks). Thanks. -- DAVIS,MARTIN HENRY JR Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta Georgia, 30332 uucp: ...!{allegra,amd,hplabs,seismo,ut-ngp}!gatech!prism!gt4589b ARPA: gt4589b@prism.gatech.edu
