If so, is there interest in a program which is more flexible in handling (La)TeX control sequences in the index entries themselves, does better sorting, and attempts to combine similar entries into a single entry with subtopics? If not, is the makeindex program better in these areas, and will it be in the next DECUS TeX Collection? E-mail please. I'll summarize if there's interest. Thanks. Aid. (adrian@gonzo.mti.com)
