Please do not tell me to use a .a. I don't want one in this case. The command syntax works fine in SCO XENIX and in SunOS. The command is: ld -r -o ../all.o *.o It complains by saying something like "invalid record type 0xb5". What's the deal????? The specific .o file on which it complains seems to be a function of size.
