Does anybody have experience using both 'cpio' and 'tar'?
I would like to compile a list of advantages/disadvantages of each.
I'm specificly interested in portability (between different
hardware/software systems) reliability, and flexibility.
If there is enough response, I will post the results back to this
newsgroup.
