For suitable values of "BSD-based". Now, *I'd* certainly call System V Release 4 "BSD-based" (no smiley - it's not based *only*, or probably even *primarily*, on BSD, but it is, in part, based on BSD), but not everybody would, and it *does* support "#!". Other systems that might be considered S5-based by some also have had "#!" support added to them.
