WHAT IS GOING ON???!  For some reason, I cannot get into "International"
setting anymore!  I double-click (or use the menu) on "International"
within the Setup menu, and a blank window quickly appears for an instant,
then disappears!  What happened??  I was able to go into this option before!
Any clues?
