I'm trying to develop a forms entry prototype application using Sunview/
XView and I would like the application to have control of caret 
positioning within a PANEL_TEXT item. 

The documentation thus far shows 2 caret positioning actions available
to the application:

            PANEL_NEXT
            PANEL_PREVIOUS

These two actions move the caret to the next and previous text item
respectively. What I would like are two similar actions, but for 
positioning the caret within the text item itself (i.e., move caret
forward one char, move caret back one char). So far I have not been 
able to find any reference to such actions in the documentation. 

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
