My simple litte promlem is again (after successfully porting mfb) how to port
cfb-code to a machine with (please don't laugh) BITMAP_BIT_ORDER = MSBfirst and
IMAGE_BYE_ORDER = LSB (yes I try to get cfb working on SYSV/386 and VGA!).

If anybody of you has got some hints or patches for doing such a strange port
is wlecome to send them to me.
