Has anyone gotten xdvi to work correctly with backing store enabled?
The use of backing store is pretty critical when running an NCD-19
on a serial line.  Xdvi often, but no always, shoots the whole first
page and the backing store allows you to instantly scroll it, but
never does this for any succeeding page.  Anyone have any hints here?
