Hi, I am analyzing scanneling tunnel microscope data on a SGI machine for
my physics diploma here at Munich U. I would be very glad if I could avoid 
to reinvent the wheel and get some C/C++ - Code that does something like 
median filtering, multidimensional FFT, edge detection or anything meaningful
to images.
