Is there a way to configure the T2500 to disable fallback to 4800?

I seem to have real trouble talking to a HST Dual Standard in V.32 mode
unless one of us disables fallback.  I can talk to him with my HST Dual Standard
but as soon as I putin the T2500 it goes along fine for ~300K then drops 
carrier.

PS: Does anyone have a list of the undocumented registers?
