I am in need of some speech data for my thesis (which involves 
improving performance of the 56000 DSP microprocessor). The 
next benchmark program I will be playing with is the ADPCM 
speech coding algorithm. I have a copy of the code from Todd's
DSP archive server, but there was no data available. 

So if someone has sampled speech data, and 8 bit PCM speech
data I would really appreciate getting a copy of it.

Also, if someone has a benchmark they would like to contribute
I would appreciate having it. The majority of the code I have
is from Todd's server, although I have received some code from
interested individuals in industry. The code can be keep confidential
if required.
