In preparation for giving an APL course...Does any know if Wilbur R. 
LePage's "Applied APL Programming" is still in print? If not can 
anyone suggest a book which they have used that students have liked? 
It's been my experience that (apart from LePage's book) most APL texts 
are not well-received by the students. Thanks.
