    The Mindcraft C Portability Verifier is now available.  It should
    prove to be valuable both to software engineers who want to
    write code that meets portability standards (to POSIX.1, POSIX.2,
    ANSI C, base XPG3, many XPG APIs, and locally-developed standards)
    and to software buyers and managers who want to be sure that their
    contractors are providing portable code.
