Lines: 15 ELM 2.2: The Alias User guide tells me all about the Hostname Routing Database and how it can map 'user@hostname' to 'path-to-host!hostname!user'. This sounds just what I need for my system which is a satellite of our mail-routing switch. It says that mappings must be stored "in a file pointed to by *pathfile* ..." What does this mean? I tried defining and exporting an evironment variable of that name. I looked for a global config file which might contain this as a parameter. I think I've looked at most of the manual pages. -- Regards, Graham Jack, Data Logic.
