Under elm 2.3, patch level 4, the file specified in elm variable remote_sig is
being appended to <r>eplies to local email instead of the file specified in
elm variable local_sig.  I was previously at elm 2.3, patch level 1, and the
file specified in elm variable local_sig was appended to <r>eplies to local
mail.  If I <m>ail to a local address, the elm variable local_sig is correctly
used.

I vaguely remember this being reported as a problem at an earlier patch level.
 Could some kind soul post a fix?
