Well, I gleeped the 5.64+IDA kit, and with quite minimal tweaking got it
to compile and run (adding -D_BSD_SOURCE, using sysexits.h from ../support,
using getenv & setenv from ../support, changing a strcpy to strncpy, and
#defining flock to expand to dg_flock).  Unfortunately, it's not real happy--
in particular, it seems to hang in several places.

Before I dig into things more deeply, has anyone brought this beast up
successfully on a DG AViiON series yet, and if so, could you send me the
mods you made?
