For the computer science department, try postmaster@cs.ucla.edu.  Or
you might grep through the pathalias database generated from
comp.mail.maps.  Alternatively, you might try calling your cousin on
the telephone, and asking her how to get in touch.  I've found the
last method to be remarkably reliable and effective.
