What's the official word on % versus !? I'm currently implementing things so that % has tighter binding than !, and @ has looser, so: foo!user%site ( after stripping off @*.ferranti.com ) means send to foo for forwarding to user@site, while: foo!user@site means send to site for forwarding to foo!user.
