This will work until some well-meaning fool (there are always a few around)
decides to write a new RFC, and corresponding AI-like software, to recognize
signatures and change addresses in them.  "If you are sending the message
via a uucp link, you must change any RFC822 address that appears in the
signature into bang form."  

Don't laugh.  Someone already tried to write the software.
