Several people have posted complaining about how difficult it is to find
an MX forwarder and a few people at Internet sites have mentioned that
they would be willing to provide NS and/or MX services for interested
sites.

I propose that it would be much easier for UUCP sites to find the
appropriate Internet sites if a list was compiled and maintained of 
Internet sites willing to provide this service.

I hereby volunteer to compile, maintain (at least initially), and
periodically post the information.
