It doesn't do to look a magnificent gift horse like this in the mouth,
I know, but... This document appears to be missing "Table 1"; there is a big
gap at the bottom of page 8 where it presumably belongs. As the references 
in the text indicate that it should contain several juicy large factorised 
numbers, this is a little unfortunate.
