I found the right place pretty quickly, but it was a few years ago. I also wrote an overlay to patch WS 3.3 with MLOAD, once and for all. If anyone wants a copy, email me and I'll try to dig it out. Basically (well, assembler, actually...) a list of all the patch points I could dig out of miscellaneous sources.
